MoDOT held Stakeholder Meetings for the I-435/Front Street DDI in mid-September 2007. The meetings provided an opportunity for businesses east of Chouteau Trafficway to share their thoughts and concerns about the project with MoDOT as well as their ideas for reducing traffic congestion during the project’s anticipated 2008 construction. Large employers (50 – 99 workers), major employers (100+ workers), and delivery companies were specifically invited to participate in the meetings because of the large amounts of traffic they generate within the area.
